Standing Committees

(June 2010 to May 2011)

According to the Association bylaws Article XII, the Standing Committees of the Association shall be:

• The Nominations Committee
• The Recreation Committee
• The Maintenance Committee
• The Architectural Review Board
• The Publicity Committee
• The Audit Committee

Ad-Hoc Committee

• Landscape Committee

Unless otherwise provided herein, each committee shall consist of a chairperson and two (2) or more members and shall include a member of the Board of Directors for Board contact. Committees shall be appointed by the Board of Directors prior to each annual meeting to serve from the close of such annual meeting until the close of the next annual meeting and appointment shall be announced at each such annual meeting.
