Board of Directors

Sweetwater Oaks Homeowners Association (SOHA) is controlled and guided by a seven person board of directors, elected by the residents, as required by the covenants and restrictions (C&R’s). Every homeowner at time of closing signs an agreement to abide by our C&R’s. Board members are non-paid volunteer position for a 3 year term, which vary in expiration date. The board meets at 7:00 p.m. on the 3rd. Monday of each month.  Input from Sweetwater Oaks residents is welcome, and 3 minutes per person is allocated at the beginning of the meeting to those wishing to address the board. Our annual budget is about $750,000 which is derived from assessment on each home annually (dues).
