Purpose of the ARB – No building, fence, wall or other structure shall be commence, erected or maintained upon The Properties, nor shall any exterior addition to or change or alteration therein be made until the plans and specifications showing the nature, kind shape, height, materials, and location of the same shall have been submitted to and approved in writing as to harmony of external design and location in relation to surrounding structures and topography by the Architectural Review Board as hereinafter defined.

Makup of ARB – The Board of Directors are obligated to appoint at least one (1) architect to the ARB. The number of members of the ARB which is irrevocably herein set forth as five (5) members.

The ARB shall have the following duties and powers:

• To amend from time to time the Planning Criteria
• To approve all buildings, fences, walls, pools or other structures which shall be commenced, erected or maintained upon The Properties and to approve any exterior additions to or changes or alterations therein.
• To approve any such building plans and specifications and Lot grading and landscaping plans
• To require to be submitted to it for approval any samples of building materials proposed or any other data or information necessary to reach its decision
• To require each member to submit a set of plans and specifications to the ARB prior to obtaining a building permit, which set of plans and specifications shall become the property of the ARB
  Enforcement of Planning Criteria.

This committee normally meets on the 2nd. Monday of each month at the community center. Requests to this committee should be submitted no later than 7 days prior to the meeting.
